General Terms and Conditions

In these general terms and conditions, "THEfood" or "we" refers to, and "you", "user" or "customer" and "consignee" point to us to order goods or services and/or use me Any individual or entity of any function of the party’s website.


THEfood may revise these general terms and conditions from time to time without notice. The revised version of these general terms and conditions must be displayed on our website and will take effect immediately. By continuing to order goods from THEfood or using the THEfood website, you are agreeing to or accepting these amendments.


To the maximum extent permitted by relevant laws and regulations, in the event of any dispute, inconsistency or dispute, THEfood reserves the final right to accept or reject the refund or replacement request.

Delivery policy and Order Lead Time

The customer needs to complete the checkout within 7 days after placing the order and upload the relevant receipt or screenshot. After the bill is verified, the order will be processed. If the customer has successfully placed an order for more than 7 days without uploading the checkout receipt, it will be deemed to have abandoned the order and the paid amount will not be refunded. If the customer successfully places an order and completes the upload process, an email or Whatsapp notification will be sent to confirm.

The order will be completed before the delivery date specified in the order confirmation. The delivery date may vary due to individual circumstances (such as public holidays or special circumstances).

The order will be shipped to the address in Hong Kong* selected when you placed the order. When you check out at THEfood, the delivery options that will be displayed will vary depending on the storage temperature, size, weight, delivery address, and the day and time when the order is confirmed. When receiving the goods, THEfood has the right to require the consignee to show the order number and confirmation SMS and other supporting documents.

*The delivery address does not include the following: post office boxes, similar addresses or locations that require queuing for pickup or delivery, such as airports, restricted areas, warehouses, areas where trucks are prohibited, etc. Products in the same order cannot be shipped to different addresses.

We provide the services of different courier companies or cannot specify the exact time of delivery. The courier company may require you to sign the delivery note.

If the delivery address you choose has elevator service, we can arrange home delivery. If the address you choose does not have elevator service, the courier will charge you an extra fee calculated on each floor except for the ground floor.
