Return and exchange terms and conditions
Subject to these provisions,
Only accept replacement requests ("7-day replacement") made within 7 calendar days from the date of bill issuance. For the avoidance of doubt, the 7-day replacement mentioned above does not apply to any product for which the provisions of this clause are valid for return.
In spite of any provisions to the contrary contained in this article, if there is any damage to the goods at the time of receipt, you must notify us in writing within 7 days, otherwise we have the right to determine that the above-mentioned products are not damaged.
The original packaging and label must be presented when the product is returned or replaced. THEfood will evaluate the conditions of the relevant products ("the evaluation"), and reserves the sole and absolute discretion to decide whether to accept the request for return/replacement.
We do not accept any return or exchange related to the following products (including and not limited to the following situations):
-Failure to present the shopping receipt issued by THEfood;
-Apply after the 7-day return period;
-Products obtained through return and exchange, unless there are quality problems when the products are obtained;
-Products that are perishable or are listed as non-returnable;
-Gifts (gifts will not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances);
-Failure to follow the storage guidelines attached to the packaging or the product itself, resulting in damage to the product (depending on the circumstances);
-There is no reasonable deviation between the picture and the actual object (excluding the color difference caused by the light or shooting, etc.);
-Due to personal factors such as product size, design or color inconsistency;
-Other unreasonable return and exchange applications.
Without prejudice to the above regulations, the replacement of goods is not applicable to
(I) Damage caused by accident, abuse, earthquake, fire, liquid contact, improper use or other external causes;
(Ii) The natural color/appearance change of natural food without affecting food quality and food safety.
7-day Return Period
Customers can enjoy a 7-day product return period. The product return period is within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product (the return period is not a product trial period). We accept requests during the return period if there is a defect or damage to the product. Application for return and exchange. In order to protect your rights, please be sure to provide us with a written notice during the product return period.
If your product complies with our return and exchange policy, please call or use Whatsapp to contact the customer service officer to apply for a return or exchange during the return period, so that we can make relevant arrangements for you. After receiving the application, the customer service officer will ask the applicant to submit a written notice and a photo of the product as the basis for the application, and we will initially approve the application based on the information provided. At this stage, the relevant return and exchange application is still under review.
1 The exchange of each order is limited to one time, and any return application after exchange is not accepted;
2 In the event of an abnormal situation, THEfood reserves the right to refuse its replacement/refund request;
4 Part of the merchandise in the gift bag or set cannot be returned or exchanged. The main merchandise with the bound gift must be returned and exchanged together with the gift (depending on the situation);
7 THEfood reserves the right to charge corresponding additional service fees for handling unreasonable returns and exchanges;
